What each status means
Order Confirmed
We've received your order and our team is preparing it for dispatch. Usually takes 24–48 hours.
Packed
Your order is packed and ready for courier pickup. AWB number is being generated.
Shipped / In Transit
Courier has picked up your package. You'll receive a tracking link by SMS, WhatsApp and email. Allow 24 hours for the first tracking update.
Out for Delivery
Package is with the delivery agent and will reach you today. Keep your phone reachable. For COD orders, keep exact change ready.
Delivered
Package handed over to you or your nominated recipient. Record an unboxing video — it's your safety net for any damage or defect claim.
Delivery Attempted / Hold
Courier tried to deliver but couldn't reach you. They'll retry the next day. If it happens twice, WhatsApp us — we'll coordinate a fresh attempt or rerouting.
RTO / Return to Origin
Package is returning to us — usually because of repeated failed delivery, wrong address, or refused COD. Message us before this happens and we'll prevent it.
