REFUND & RETURN POLICY — The Viral Vault

We want you to love what you ordered. If something isn't right, we'll make it right.

ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURNS
• You can request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.
• The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition you received it.
• Items that are damaged, used, or missing original packaging may not be eligible for a return.

ITEMS NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN
• Products marked as "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable" on the product page.
• Personal hygiene products (e.g., toothbrush heads) once opened, for safety reasons.
• Items damaged due to misuse or negligence after delivery.

HOW TO REQUEST A RETURN
1. Email us at viralvault.co.in@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
2. Our team will respond within 24 hours (Mon–Sat) with return instructions.
3. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we'll process your refund.

REFUND PROCESS
• Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive the returned item.
• The refund will be credited to your original payment method (UPI, card, net banking, etc.).
• For COD orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer — we'll ask for your bank details over email.

EXCHANGES
• We currently do not offer direct exchanges. Please return the item and place a new order.

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS
• If you received a damaged or defective product, email us within 48 hours of delivery with photos.
• We will send a free replacement or issue a full refund — your choice, no questions asked.

SHIPPING COSTS FOR RETURNS
• If the return is due to our error (wrong item, defective product), we cover return shipping.
• If you're returning for any other reason, return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
• If you haven't received your refund within 7 business days of our confirmation, please check with your bank first.
